2.WHAT DATA DOES THE POLICY APPLY TO?

This privacy policy applies to all information, including personal data, collected by us:

InterElcom collects information, including personal data:

We currently transfer personal data obtained through the Website to the following entities in connection with the services provided to us:

– Google LLC based in California, USA and Google Ireland Ltd – an entity that is responsible for the tool and cookies for analyzing traffic on this website (Google Analytics) and for the operation of the Google Ads cookie. The transfer of data to the USA is based on an agreement containing Standard Contractual Clauses, approved by the European Commission.

– Entities providing us with mass correspondence services, in relation to people who have subscribed to the newsletter. The transfer takes place on the basis of a personal data processing agreement.

InterElcom may enter into business relationships with third parties, as a result of which the Site may contain links originating from or originating from third party websites.
